- Find Your Receipt: Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready, you will need it while submitting your reimbursement request. The proof of purchase must show the date of purchase as well as the name of the retailer. If you purchase the product via a retailer that also offers a marketplace, such as Amazon or Walmart, the proof of purchase must also specify who the order was sold & shipped by, as these retailers allow third party sellers not affiliated with Haleon.
- Provide the Required Information: By filling the contact form, give us your contact details, product information, and why you want a reimbursement. The more details, the better.
- Submit the Form: After checking all the details, please submit the contact form.
- Wait for Our Reply: Our team will look at your request and get back to you promptly.
Please note that all our reimbursement is in form of a digital gift card which you will be able to use on any Haleon brand. An email address will be required to receive it. Your email address will not be used for marketing purposes.
If you are looking for a refund or replacement, please contact the retailer you bought the product from as unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
